  1. Is it true that you have worked with world-famous musicians or still do?
    Yes. Our team has worked with artists such as Stephen Galloway, Tok Tok, Linda Carriere, William Fortsythe, Lenny Kravitz Band, TM Stevens, Jane Comerford, DJ Katch, Weather Girls, Marla Glen, Joe Whitney, Nadja Benaissa, The Wright Thing, Justus Frantz and the Orchestra of Nations, Wirtz unplugged, Circus Sarrasani, Kim Wilde, Sarah Connor, Falko, Max Mutzke, Philipp Poisel, Willy Astor, Stanley Clarke, Laith al Deen, Gloria Gaynor, and many more.

  2. Do you also give lectures on music, leadership, teamwork, performance, and creativity?
    Yes. Our exciting work often invites comparisons between “traditional” working life and that of musicians, artists, and creative professionals, as well as creative forms of collaboration.

  3. We want to convey content in a completely different way at our international group meeting. Is that possible through music?
    Yes. We can convey messages and visions in a musical way.

  4. Is it true that all people are musical?
    Yes. Music was at the origin of human communication! All people have musical abilities. Neurobiologically, music goes directly to the emotional center of our brains.

  5. Do you also offer open workshops?
    No. We do not offer this service at this time.

  6. Develoopment is based in Frankfurt am Main, we are based in Paris. Do you work worldwide?
    Yes. Whether Rome, Marseille, Berlin, Cairo, or London—we go everywhere.

  7. Can your workshops also be booked spontaneously?
    Yes. We always do our best to make everything possible for customers who decide spontaneously. We respond within two hours of your request on average.

  8. Do you develop tailor-made concepts for each individual customer?
    Yes. Different requests and customer requirements call for differentiated concepts.

  9. Can you write and produce a company or team song for us, regardless of your offer?
    Yes. Of course, we can also compose your company anthem for presentations or your telephone loop.

  10. We have colleagues who are very musical and others who have nothing to do with music. Is that a problem?
    No. No previous musical experience is required. An estimated 80% of our participants say they have two left hands when it comes to music.

  11. Do you enjoy working at Develoopment?
    Yes. Everyone in our team loves this work. You can hear and see that.

  12. Are you a little nervous before every project?
    Yes. Hopefully you are too ;-)! A little adrenaline is part of it.

  13. I find your concept incredibly exciting. Can I come and watch a Music Lab session?
    No. Unfortunately, that's not possible, but we can give you an idea of the atmosphere at our events.

  14. Can you really turn 120 IT experts into musicians?
    Yes. You wouldn't believe how quickly it happens. The same goes for all other professions!

  15. Do you also hold your workshops in English?
    Yes. Around 20% of our workshops are held in English at the customer's request. Especially in an international context, music is even more the language of the world.

  16. We are an agency. Can we recommend you for our events?
    Yes. Absolutely. We also welcome collaborations with agencies.

  17. Do you only work with instruments that everyone knows in the Music Lab?
    No. We work with both simple instruments that are easy to understand and those that require a little practice. We use boomwhakers, cajones, congas, claves, caxixis, shakers, and many more.

  18. I am incredibly excited to work with you. Can I call you now?
    Yes. Our team is available every weekday, unless all employees are in a workshop. We are always available via email.
