The aim of our workshop was to improve cooperation and communication in our department, which has around 15 employees. The WiesPaten project brings together educationally disadvantaged young people and committed companies from the private sector in the context of sponsorships. All participants in this initiative celebrate a big joint party every year. The mini Music Lab was exactly the right tool to bring this truly colorful group together for the event.
