Our Team

Tobias holds a degree in sociology with a focus on music sociology and education. As a professional musician who plays both guitar and bass, he has performed on stage with numerous international stars. His passion for music is also evident in his many years of work as a composer—both for his own projects and for fellow artists.

In addition to his artistic expertise, Tobias is also a certified “Systemic Change Consultant” (University of Heidelberg) and group dynamics specialist (ARGE Vienna), which gives him a profound perspective on change processes in different contexts.

In the Develoopment team, he is not only the managing director, but also works as a trainer and workshop designer. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of all Develoopment offerings. As a founding member of Develoopment in 2012, Tobias took over as managing director in 2016 and, following the restructuring of the company from a GbR (civil law partnership), led it into a new phase of growth and innovation.

David is a true master of rhythm and has been a trainer at Develoopment since 2012! As a passionate percussionist and accomplished musician, he brings his unique sound to life in both jazz and pop formations. With his music degree and certification as a Community Music Coach (2024), he has established himself not only as a musician but also as a trainer who enriches every event with his positive charisma and high level of professionalism.

As head trainer for rhythm at Develoopment, David specializes in working with small and large groups—and he is a master at getting the best out of teams and groups. With his expertise in percussion, he ensures unforgettable experiences, whether in our drum circles, TeamTune workshops, or other workshop offerings.

Eike is a multi-talented musician when it comes to rhythm, melody, and lyrics. He studied music in Utrecht and has gained extensive experience in free improvisation and training small and large groups. In addition, he has played and continues to play internationally as a musician at festivals. Eike's favorite instruments are the cajon, conga, bongo, djembe, samba percussion, frame drum, and darbuka.

At Develoopment, the Münsterland native enriches our team especially in TeamTune workshops and drum circles.

Positive energy? Frowin has plenty of that! The trained musician, bassist, and development melody trainer is a “Fro” nature and a gifted bassist. In addition to his 30 years of stage experience as a musician for stars such as Gloria Gaynor, Kim Wilde, and Max Mutzke, he has also completed yoga teacher training. He's our go-to guy for developing and teaching beautiful melodies and hits!

Daddi is currently one of the world's most famous cajon players. He has also been an active member of the develoopment team since 2019. His YouTube videos have been viewed millions of times. Our joint workshops are fantastic! Daddi has mastered extraordinary playing techniques and teaching methods, which he conveys with wit and charm. Everyone loves Daddi—and you will too! Experience him in our cajon workshops or TeamTune workshops!

Mouloud is originally from Algeria and now lives in Düsseldorf. He was already well-known as a musician back in North Africa. After working on a few musical projects in Germany with some members of the Develoopment team, it soon became clear: Mouloud had to join our great team. He said YES right away! As an accomplished musician, he plays several instruments exceptionally well and is an outstanding leader of groups.

Arnim has a wealth of stage experience. Whether in the Arab world or with DJs, he has played major concerts and is also an excellent facilitator on a personal level. At Develoopment, Arnim leads both small and large groups and is valued by the team for his eye for the big picture.  In short, anyone who works with Arnim can consider themselves very lucky!

There is hardly anyone who lives body percussion and voice like Marion. When she performs in front of groups, it takes less than two seconds for you to feel like you are part of something bigger. Marion manages to bring people closer together musically using simple means. A real talent. No wonder, because Marion studied music and English at the Berlin University of the Arts and then worked for three years in Palestine for the Barenboim-Said Foundation with children in difficult living conditions. She is part of “Musicians without Borders” and works as a lecturer in community music, among other subjects.

Anyone who has the opportunity to experience Juan in one of our large or small group formats will immediately notice one thing. Juan is a true master of his craft, a magnet for sympathy, and a multi-instrumentalist. As a professional musician and community music educator, he teaches at universities in Bogotá, Lübeck, Düsseldorf, Lucerne, The Hague, and many more. Juan is originally from Colombia and can therefore also moderate in Spanish, among other languages. He joined our team at Develoopment in 2024, and we are very happy to have him.

The breaking down of cultural barriers is characteristic of the music of multi-instrumentalist and composer Omid Bahadori. As a musician, Omid moves through the sounds of nature, different cultural traditions, eras, and customs. Born in Persia, he is dedicated to the ancient art of sound healing, drawing on traditional nomadic singing forms such as Hömmi (throat singing) and Kargyraa (overtone singing). He skillfully accompanies these artful singing styles with a variety of instruments, including guitar, handpan, frame drum, and kalimba. At Develoopment, Omid works as a facilitator for specific drum workshops when he is not on a world tour.

Christopher is a team and systemic organizational developer who supports us on larger client projects. He studied history, French, and musicology, earned a Ph.D. in the cultural history of the Enlightenment, and completed a diploma program in opera singing, making him a perfect fit for our creative team.

After working in a leadership role at Frankfurt Book Fair, Christopher gained qualifications as a systemic consultant  (Metaplan, isb Wiesloch) and as a systemic coach (WANDELPLAN). He subsequently worked as a process facilitator and leadership developer for Neuland Development in Fulda.

At Develoopment, he leverages his skills in team development and complex consulting projects.

Jasmine has been our fantastic assistant and second-in-command for larger customer projects since 2016.

Roland Vanecek is a German tuba player, composer, and musician. As part of the Develoopment team, he serves as a musician and leads workshops focused on creative singing and a healthy dose of humor, among other topics. He studied tuba at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Mannheim.
Since 2000, he has been a permanent member of the Hessian State Orchestra in Wiesbaden. In addition to classical music, he is also involved in jazz, improvisation, and experimental music forms. Roland is known for his creative stage performances, which blend music and humor.

Anyone who has studied rhythm and its instruments in Cuba can't help but drum! Mark does nothing else all year round and has been teaching small and large groups how to play the cajon for many years. So it's clear what he does at Develoopment. He enriches our team as a friendly professional percussion trainer!
