The Music World Café is a flexible and innovative process that allows you and your employees to share knowledge, discover new opportunities, and shape the future together.

Based on systemic thinking and out-of-the-box thinking, the use of music allows for a new, creative approach. It combines the development of content-related results with the creation of melodies and rhythms. Participants are supported by professional “music facilitators.”

Our specially developed World Café format combines the classic method of the world café or world-café with a unique musical approach. To our knowledge, we are probably the only company in Germany that offers such a creative World Café with a musical focus. This allows us to create an extraordinary combination of structured moderation, interactive discussion rounds, and artistic expression.

As in classic World Cafés, participants work in small groups at a table, discuss a central question, and change perspectives after each round. This proven format encourages conversation, learning about different perspectives, and developing a strong collective consciousness. Through targeted impulses and professional moderation, thoughts are condensed, ideas visualized, and results brought together in a plenary session.

The key difference: at the Music World Café, insights are not only documented, but also interpreted musically. Rhythms, melodies, and lyrics reflect the respective perspectives of the groups. This creates emotional anchors that anchor the content in a lasting way. At the end, the results are presented together and reflected upon in a plenary session—a creative summary that appeals to both the head and the heart.
